I am a fully qualified, highly experienced Psychotherapist; Counsellor with extensive experience in supporting people in the recovery from narcissistic abuse. Moreover, supporting people who often unknowingly present themselves with codependent personality characteristics.

Narc & Co is delivered by people who know what it is to have experienced the emotional and psychological traumas of narcissistic abuse. Having learned to manage their own traumatising histories, as well as having completed the Narc & Co mentoring training program, mentors are uniquely placed to support you in your recovery and healing from narcissistic abuse.
Narc & Co will also support you to identifying and understand your codependent personality characteristics, changing your communication patterns and boundary setting.
