How does Emotional First Aid work?

We all have days when the stresses and strains of everyday life get us down and you wish you could talk things through with a professional, unbiased person. Now you can, Emotional First Aid is designed for those moments when you just need to talk about something that is causing anxiety and an inability to cope in that moment.  Our team of professional therapists will listen to whatever it is you are going through in the hope that after that session you will be able to continue with your day.

Session will be charged in advance and refund will not be possible once a therapist has been allocated.

Emotional First Aid is available between 8am and 10pm 7 days a week.

If you decide to continue with your EFA therapist, future sessions may be charged at a higher rate.
