I am an experienced Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Supervisor offering mostly online therapy and possibly face to face depending on your location. I have over 25 years of experience in many areas, including working with trauma, depression and anxiety.
I am an experienced counsellor therapist who specialises in working with Holocaust survivors and their families, both first and second and third generation. You will have a unique story and I am here to give you a safe non-judgemental environment where you can really be heard. Together we can work through your issues and help you move forward. My work has expanded to working with refugees and others who have experienced trauma. As a refugee, you may be suffering from anxiety, depression or emotional distress on top of dealing with physical and practical issues.
You may be feeling overwhelmed by what is happening in the world right now, and may possibly be becoming anxious, depressed or scared about this. As we move away from the strain of a national lockdown, you may still be experiencing an effect on your mental health, particularly with changes around your work, friendships, relationships and health. It may be comforting to talk to someone and be listened to without judgement.
I have also worked with many clients that have come to me because they have had difficulty expressing their feelings. The aim of the therapy is to help gain a greater understanding of yourself and the possibilities that are open to you, enabling you to live life with more ease, confidence and fulfilment.
Over the years, I have gained experience in working with individuals in the creative field including artists, writers, and especially musicians.
