Hi All,

I provide a safe and warm space to enable clients to explore issues. This is always a confidential place where non judgemental discussion can happen.

This is definitely a journey in my view of self discovery which helps people understand themselves better by becoming aware of internal and negative patterns of thoughts and behaviour.

Hopefully this type of exploration can lead to making better decisions for each individual and I am able to adapt to various needs having had more than 25 years of experience.

People struggle with various difficulties which include anxiety, depression, trauma, low self esteem and relationship problems.

My initial profession was as a nurse and midwife but later specialising in mother/ baby difficulties. Following this, I worked for 13 years as a bereavement counsellor which laid foundations for looking at loss in many forms.

I work in London SE1 as well as Warlingham, Surrey however I do provide online sessions as well. If you would like to know more about me, please click on my profile at the top right hand corner of this page.
