Therapist Short Bio
Starting therapy can be daunting, but I am here to help. I provide a safe and confidential space where you can share your experiences and we can work together to explore your values, beliefs, strengths, and weaknesses. This can help you gain a better understanding of yourself and develop new perspectives on your life, your challenges, and your future.

I maintain my involvement in business as a non-executive director in an energy-services company.

I am accredited through the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and abide by its code of Ethics and Conduct. As part of this code, I receive supervision from a UKCP-accredited supervisor and undertake regular further training and personal development.
