Therapist Short Bio

Hello, I'm Kes. I'm a Lived Experience informed autistic, ADHD, queer counsellor and supervisor. I support neurodivergent individuals including late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD adults, LGBTQ+ people and people of culture. I have been practising counselling since my first supervised placements in 2017. In 2021, I received a diploma in psycho-spiritual counselling. In 2025, I was trained and certified in creative approaches to clinical supervision.
